Under normal circumstances, C&S's Home Page only collects standard http information (the date and time, file requested, IP address, referring page, and user agent information) from its users. We do not use cookies or place any other information on your system, nor will we share the data we collect from this into anyone outside our company.

When a user requests assistance from us, we will collect enough information to follow up on that request. This includes name, address, telephone, fax, e-mail, and other information. We will not share this data with anyone outside our company, except in the case where a request for product information needs to be handled through one of our ISOs (independent sales offices).
